Mine still shows a ship date of today so I’ll probably wait until tomorrow to complain. What does yours show? Is there an email address for Ebay or are you going to just call them?
Mine also shows a ship date of today, so I suppose I can wait. If you go to My eBay, find the order that didn’t come through, click “More Actions” (on the right), and “I didn’t receive it” should be an option. That’s where I’ll start.
My final gc just arrived. This was shortly after I selected “I didn’t receive it” on the site. I’d recommend you do the same if you haven’t already.
i just received my last two cards as well. the order now shows shipped on eBay.

I purchased 3 on a single order. Received 2 within an hour or so. Still haven’t received the 3rd one.

I placed 3 separate orders earlier for 1, 1 and 2. I haven’t received the 2nd order yet. Has this happened to anyone else where an order was skipped? How long should I wait before contacting PayPal about the missing gc?

I saw your messages but they aren’t relevant to my situation. I should have been more clear. I received the order confirmations for all 3 orders. I only received the gift cards for the 1st and 3rd orders so far.
Perhaps I should have been more clear, because that’s exactly what happened to me. Got order confirmation, no gift card received.
Did you follow the steps in Lantean’s post? You can see what the status for all of the orders is there.
go to your ebay account and click on “Purchase history”. if they order is not marked as shipped (the parcel picture is grey) you have nothing to worry about, they know they have not sent the complete order yet and are working on it (even if they sent part of the order it would still be grey).
if it is marked as shipped (the parcel picture is black) and you are sure you have not received it, you will need to contact them but in any case, give it at least 24 hrs from the time you ordered before you do anything. most likely the missing cards will arrive tomorrow morning.
Thanks for the tip. Only 1 of the 3 orders is shown as shipped. Isn’t that odd since I have received 2 of the 3 orders?
yeah, these is a slight lag… that one will likely flip to shipped soon. i imagine the system takes time to ship and mark shipped 12k orders..

Can not purchase anything from paypal digital gifts even though I am nowhere near the 1k limit for 30 days. I have given up on them…it is an issue almost every time I use them.
I was only able to buy one gift card. This is my first time purchasing a gift card from Paypal Digital Gifts.
It’s now 1 per buyer.
I bought 7 before the limit was implemented. Six of them have come through so far. Crossing my fingers for the 7th!
I bought 6 and only 5 codes come at the moment.
How many transactions did you make? I bought 1, then 2, then 4. It was the first transaction that didn’t go through.
I’m not sure if it’s related, but on the first transaction, I got the error message: “Seller has revised the item price or made other changes to an item below” before being allowed to complete the purchase. I wonder if that’s relevant.
I just made one transaction. I also got the error message before completing the transaction.

Data Point: Was able to buy 4 in two transactions as I could only buy 2 at a time, think it’s because PP has decided to impose the $250/transaction limit on my account. Also was able to use the $25 off coupon from selling an item from the earlier ebay deal.
It seems the limit is 50 per buyer…. So actually the limit may be how many paypal accounts you have.
