- 100 Free Aeroplan Miles by Angelina Travels. Probably only worth doing if you have miles that will expire soon.
- Amazon App Referral Program – $5 Off $10 Purchase and $5 Coupons by Maximizing Money. Feel free to share your referral codes in the comments below.
- Virgin America Visa now has no foreign transaction fee. Cardholders received a letter about this, didn’t think it warranted it’s own post so here you go.
- The Ritz-Carlton is Bringing Two New Luxury Properties to Asia by Magic of Miles. Koh Samui does not excite me at all, but the ski property might be an interesting option if they are still offering free night certificates in 2020.
- United Eliminates $50 Processing Fee for Hardship Cancelations by Point Me To The Plane. Seems kind of ridiculous to be charging this fee in the first place, the whole reason to offer hardship cancellations is that it’s the right thing to do and also it provides goodwill for your brand. Being hit with a $50 fee just destroys this.
- The 30K Starwoods pajama points trick Revealed by Miles Per Day. I hope if you read this blog you connected the dots yourself, we even sent out a newsletter making the g-points angle more obvious. I didn’t use this method for SPG points, because I prefer cash but it worked nicely none the less.
- Fantasy Sports Lawsuit Takes Aim at Credit Card Companies by Low Cards. I highly doubt this class action lawsuit will be successful, but I do think the NY attorney general will eventually be successful in blocking these daily fantasy sports sites from operating successfully. These games have a skill element, but so does poker and that was made illegal as well. Last Week Tonight With John Oliver had a really interesting segment on these sites which is well worth watching if you haven’t already.
- Cashback Monitor Now Shows Rates By Credit Card by Running With Miles. Really useful addition by Cashback Monitor, I love how this site keeps innovating and improving their offering.
- Delta’s Black Friday Award Sale for 10,000 Miles by Travel Codex. Lots of restrictions, which is usual for Delta but might be useful especially for those of us with massive stock piles of their miles.
