Hey, I just wanted to ask if you’ve ever had any issue with TopCashBack? It’s been extremely difficult for me (and the people I’ve invited) to get cashback from them. I’ve had to submit multiple tickets and still haven’t had them resolved in over 2 or 3 months. I see that there are a lot of TopCashBack posts so you might have a better line of communication with them.
I’ve never really had any issues with them personally, what sort of issues are you having? Tracking?
Yes, tracking as well as seemingly poor customer service as they have denied my sister legitimate claims.
Any recent data points on Citi cards? Have a Citi Premier I’d like to meet minimum spend on.
Does it have to be a new Amex card or can you reload an existing one and still get portal bonus ?

Yea, regular MR points will be earned in addition to the portal cashback.
