Just applied and got approved with 50k welcome bonus offer (3rd BGR card in 5 yrs, last one was closed in 2015)…..spoke to agent and he reconfirmed the 50k bonus after 5K spend……….i guess this all is highly YMMV…..

Given the reports on varying levels of success on getting the signup bonus more than once, I specifically asked the rep via chat if I was eligible to receive the bonus a second time since there was no language in the offer specifically mentioning the once-per-lifetime rule.

She confirmed (with a “smile”) that I was eligible for a second bonus and I confirmed that our chat is noted in my account.

Just escalated complain to executive team, let’s see what happens.

I used option 2 and see a 75k bonus when spending $15,000 in first three months. I don’t MS so I’ll pass, but I thought you might want the DP.

I was targeted via mail with an RSVP code of the 75k offer expiring on October 17, 2016. I couldn’t find any “once in a lifetime” language denying the bonus. Applied and approved. This is my second card.

Maybe my third Serve card will stay alive long enough to meet min. spend. (previous two are long dead)

Just be aware AmEx may choose to deny your bonus if “cash equivalents” were used to reach your minimum spend.

Respect for linking both offers in a post about the 50k public offer. One of the few bloggers left with any integrity.

I didn’t see any “once in a lifetime” language on the 75K app, so my wife applied for it, even though she’s had it before. Do the rest of you think this targeted app bypasses that rule?

Cinic, people should be fine as long as ur meeting min spend requirements organically and not by buying giftcards. Appears to be targeted offer since not everyone is able to apply, so what’s to be scared of?

amex business cards don’t fall under the rule of once in a lifetime, right? I don’t see the language in the offer terms in this offer. Both my husband and I have had this card before.
I was able to see the 75k offer on my cell but not through the browser or incognito.

how do you see the offer from the phone? just open regular internet browser?

Amex business cards do fall under the once per life time rule but if there is no mention of the once per life time rule in the T&C then the once per life time rule does not apply. Basically it’s a loophole
