Any idea how Amex targets work? I’ve got 2 cards, a Blue Cash Everyday and a Gold Delta. I keep seeing Amex targeted offers mentioned on your website, but I’m never one of those targeted. Plus, the offers I do get are pretty much the same for both cards, are totally inappropriate for me, and seem to have no connection to my purchase history. Any thoughts?
In the Amex site, I go to “Offers for you”, and some offers apply for both in-store purchases as well as online purchases.
However…If I make a purchase over the phone, will it qualify too?
