I closed out my chrome browser, then reopened it. I went to Americanexpress.com, then clicked all cards. In the list of cards the SPG only shower 25k, but when I clicked on it, the 30k popped up.

Is there a way to combine Starwood points for family members with same address?

Yes, my wife and I have transferred points between eachothers’ accounts. It even counts as activity, to prevent points from expiring.

I called to request the 5,000 points match or goodwill points since I recently opened the card for the 25,000 points bonus. The customer service representative said he could not do anything. I asked to speak to a supervisor and after waiting a minute or so, the customer service representative came back on the line and said that his supervisor posted the 5,000 points as goodwill points. I looked at my AMEX account and the points were posted.

Huge warning! I used Serve to meet minimum spend on Amex Platinum (half was Serve, half was real spend), and Amex clawed back all of my points. Beware!!!

Strange enough I only got this offer when NOT incognito and using IE. I’ve been looking for 30k every day since they got rid of the 2 night bonus but never thought to not use incognito until comments on reddit lol.

whats the experience of getting approved for a new serve if your previous serve has been closed (due to unusual activity ?)

Is there a loophole to get approved for a new one?

Not off topic. Serve is the easiest way to meet minimum spend on Amex

It is off topic, imagine if people asked similar questions in every American Express post it would be a nightmare.
