It’s now possible to convert your Virgin America Elevate points to Alaska Airlines miles. Keep in mind that when you do so the transfer rate is 1:1.3 (Virgin America: Alaska Airlines) this means that 1,000 Virgin points will get you 1,300 Alaska Airlines miles.
Virgin America flights are also now bookable on Alaska (using Alaska miles).

I don’t think the companion pass works for virgin flights yet, at least not online. When I search with that code only flights on Alaska metal show up in the results list. Would love to be proven wrong on this.
