Just thought we’d share this little tip with you, if you sign up for any chase credit card they’ll overnight you the card – all you need to do is ask. Somebody in the office recently signed up for the chase sapphire preferred card and asked if there was any chance of getting the card sooner than the 3-5 business days quoted. The lady on the phone said she’d overnight it and it arrived the next day. We called to see if this case and were told that if asked they’ll happily overnight it for free.

I applied and approved for Chase Sapphire preferred credit card on Friday. I am travelling and want to book the ticket for a big amount. i clearly explained that and the person promised by that the card will come in 1 or 2 days for sure.
I called on Sunday to check if they have shipped it and they said it is not and it will take another 3 to 5 days. I was so angry at them and the way they replied hurt me very badly. They didnt even told me what they can do to help me out. They just asked me to raise a complaint if i was not served correctly.
I am not going to get any credit card from chase ever again.
So you wanted a credit card shipped on non-business days, and that’s the fault of chase?
Overnight still means next business day. If they ship UPS, they don’t deliver on saturdays
