- You can’t use eBay gift cards to purchase third party gift cards
- You won’t earn eBay bucks on these purchases

Anybody know how to deal with ebay/PayPal error 601 when checking out? I’m trying to get the 100 Lowe’s cards. PayPal customer service is pretty much clueless and have just advised me to wait 24 hours three days in a row

Most portals are still paying out
While obviously much less lucrative than before, there are some deals here if you patronize the participating merchants. For example, I needed some stuff at Lowes today and was out of Lowes gift cards. The fact that it was a PPDG offer meant I could get another 5% back with my Ink card and get same day delivery of the gift card. I effectively paid $95 for $115 at Lowes. That’s a solid discount.
Another thing to consider is PayPal with their verification loops and games is a pain in the ass.
The last time I went through this I had my account locked and had to go through a three step process to reactivate it.
