How To Get Extremely Cheap (Almost Free) Uber Credit & Dr Pepper

Currently there are two deals worth combining.

You should be able to purchase 6 bottles of 20 oz diet Dr. Pepper from Walmart for around $11. After you’ve done that you’ll get the following back:

  • 3 * $5 Uber credits
  • $5 Walmart eGiftcard
  • 400 Swagbucks

You’ll basically end up paying $2 for $15 in Uber credit and you’ll get 6 20 oz bottles of diet Dr. Pepper. It’s important to note that you’re limited to a maximum of $50 in Uber credit from that promotion and also a maximum of $45 in Walmart gift cards for that promotion. It also looks like you’re limited to using one $5 Uber credit per ride (e.g it’s $5 off a ride rather than $5 in credit).

Is the code auto-loaded to my Uber account via my phone number? They sent me some link saying congratulations, and then it doesn’t seem to give a code from there?

When they send the code for the first time, you will have to click on a link and enter some basic details there. The promo code arrives within 24 hours after that. Subsequent submissions don’t require going to the site and they just give out the code within 24 hours. The code can be applied to any Uber account and not necessarily the one linked to that particular phone number.

Got 5 credits and they are all separate promotions which means one can get only one $5 credit per ride.

Made mistake and applied for 2 credits in the same day and got denied. After submitting the same photo next day got denied with explanation that particular photo was already used.

Important: both UPC codes (bottles) must be in one (same) photo.

Expiration date for the promotion is clearly displayed under Promotions.

typically all Uber credits I have gotten (via referrals, mostly) have also worked on Uber Eats. as long as you’re signed into the same account it should take it off automatically.
