Earlier this year shopping portal Shop At Home announced that from August 16th onwards you would no longer be able to earn their ShopGold loyalty points. If you still have existing points you only have until November 2nd to redeem your points, otherwise they will no longer be redeemable. Points are worth 1¢ each and you can redeem for gift cards starting at 500 points ($5 card). Best option to redeem for is probably Walmart, but they also have a few other options that might interest some of you.
Make sure you don’t let these points expire and also remember that you can only reveal one gift card code per day (and any that aren’t reveled before November 2nd will also be forfeit) – so you might want to redeem for higher value gift cards.
Also if you don’t have enough points (500 minimum required) then it might be worth asking, that worked for reader Mark.
Surprisingly Mark’s idea worked! They just gave me 394 shop gold points to top me off. Good looking Mark!
