Since January, Radpad had a special rate of 1.99% for paying rent via Mastercard credit card. Starting June 1, the rate goes up to 3.49%, on par with Visa, Amex, and Discover payments.
Many were using Radpad with their AT&T Access card to get 3x for paying their rent, at just a 1.99% fee, or .66¢ per point. That won’t work starting June 1 when the rate goes back to 3.49%. The important date here is the charge date and it won’t work to schedule payments out for the future.
We had hoped it was a permanent rate but apparently it was just promotional. I guess nothing is permanent in this hobby.
