The Fine Print

You will receive a one-time $10 statement credit after you make a purchase of $10 or more using Citi Pay℠ Masterpass™ or the Citi Pay app for Android™ with your eligible Citi credit card.
Your purchase must be made and post to your account between 7/20/17 and 9/20/17.
Items returned for credit do not qualify for this offer.
The statement credit will be applied to your account within 2 billing cycles after the eligible purchase is posted.
To qualify for this offer, your account must be open, current and in good standing when the statement credit is applied.
If you convert to another Citi product, you may no longer be eligible for this offer. Offer is non-transferable and only available for the account noted in this email.

Anyone did this? I did, but the statement credit didn’t post. Chatted with a rep who confirmed that I met the requirements and should have received the credit. He wasn’t able to help further though.

I was targeted. I tried citi pay/masterpass on Walgreens.com and the order would not go through. I tried multiple times and gave up. Tried using the card normally and the order was processed fine. Masterpass may still have some technical issues.

Targeted on my AAdvantage card. I’ve used masterpass before and it defaults to my double cash so make sure you check that to make sure you’re using the right card. Gets confusing when digital card numbers are involved.
