Our Verdict
Unfortunately the application URL is unique for this offer, in fact when you go to apply your personal information is already prefilled. The e-mail does give you a dedicated phone number to call to apply:Â 1-866-836-0917, but if you do call you’ll be required to give them a unique invitation code (I guess it might be possible to use somebody else’s code, but I suspect these are tied to specific Southwest accounts). I attempted to say that I accidentally deleted the e-mail and lost the invitation code, but the customer service representative was not having any of that. This is in contrast to the 60,000 point business offer which you can simply call to get.
This offer is better than the standard 25,000 point offer (which is almost always 50,000 points) because it’s double the points and basically has the annual fee waived the first year.
