The Fine Print
- Transactions that are reported by the merchant as being made from 00:00:00 01/17/2017 to 23:59:59 01/17/2017 PST will be included in the promotion. This is based on the time that you have made your purchase (this may be different to the time that you click through to the merchant, and/or when the transaction tracks to your account).
- TopCashback reserves the right to limit bonus cash back to the first $10,000 worth of purchases, per member.
- New Member Freebie Deals, Tell-a-friend bonuses, sign up bonuses/welcome gifts, any other form of incentivized transaction or American Express Gift Cards and Business Gift Cards transactions will not be eligible for the 20% bonus on top.
- Excluded Merchants: Some merchants are not eligible for this top-up promotion. List of excluded merchants found here.

As always, be sure to check out which portal is offering the best rate. A 20% bonus doesn’t always push them to the top.

Not sure about the Topcashback deals but i recently signed up to a website called Yaarlo. Its a cashback website. This, I’ve never seen this before what is this all about?
Where did you see that? Was it specific to this offer or is it their general policy? Since it says “bonus cash back” I’m thinking it was just for this offer which is not a big deal.
I signed up with them recently via one of their sign up offers of a free Finding Dory DVD. That didn’t track, nor did several other orders that I’ve placed through their links. They haven’t responded to any of my inquiries either. They may offer nice promotions, but its useless if they don’t track properly or pay out!
I’ve successfully cashed out over $2000 in cashback and have found them to be professional in correspondence with me. Just another data point. YMMV.
I’m in the same boat. I’ve had $500~ paid out/confirmed from TCB with no issues. (about 100 transactions)
Almost $9000 so far and most of the time they’re pretty good but sometimes I have to go in and send a separate message to remind them to please look at a help ticket. I have had one help ticket where cash back tracked at an incorrect amount and even with a copy of the email invoice they did a copy-pasta on me about shipping/tax not being payable. Eventually they fixed it though.
It took me 4 months of back and forth with TCB to collect on a Macy’s purchase due to poor tracking. YMMV.

Topcashback tracking issues are very common in my experience. The last issue I had was with two Verizon accessories purchases that were tracked as $0.00 without any clear reason, I opened two claims and I’ve been waiting for 1.5 months for a response. At the same time two identical transactions with GivingAssistant were tracked correctly and already paid out…
Don’t recommend using TopcashbackÂ
I had an issue with them that I requested a payout and for months the money didn’t come and than when I reached out to them what was going on they didn’t even know what was wrong

Finally after another week they forwarded it to a different department to look in to this  and after another week of waiting they had questions related to transactions that I did with a specific merchant multiple times
If it’s wasn’t me to reach out to them they wouldn’t even bother to notify me that there was a problemÂ
and would keep the money foreverÂ
This was very poorly handled for a large company like this very disappointingÂ
not related to this deal .. but looking for data point on previous purchases..
Has any one’s bonus converted to payable for giftcardmall fiveback/vgc purchases back in nov/dec? I had couple of transactions 11/23 and 11/25 both tracked fine and should have become payable after 6 weeks .. but still showing as pending.
obviously don’t want to raise a ticket .. looking for data points on this
