United MileagePlus X (MPX) have added AirBnB as an option, when you use the app you’ll receive 3x United miles per $1 spent (keep in mind you’ll also earn whatever your credit card normally earns as well). Unlike other websites, AirBnB doesn’t appear on shopping portals like Topcashback. It’ll be interesting to see if AirBnB expands to other shopping portals or not.

Some people will prefer to just purchase an AirBnB gift card with a card that earns at a high rate on specific categories – but there are increased consumer protections by booking with a credit card directly and some people have reported problems with AirBnB gift cards in the past.
