Our Verdict
This offer is regularly made available to everybody, usually twice a year. We haven’t seen it for awhile, so hopefully another public links becomes available sooner rather than later. Let us know if you have any success getting this offer in the comments. I always recommend checking your pre-approved offers regularly (once a month at minimum) as you never know what bonuses you’ll be offered.
Keep in mind you can only have a maximum of two Discover cards and your first card needs to have been opened for a full year before a second card can be opened. This is particularly important for those considering the Discover it Miles card.

thanks for the heads up… wasnt available when I checked. I logged into my Discover deposit accounts, and then went back to this page to check and it still wasnt available. not sure how they’re targetting?

DoC – you mention they make this offer public twice a yr, when did they offer it last yr, or around what times can we usually expect this to come around? is this the best/highest offer Discover offers on this particular card?

Usually once at the very start/end of a year (e.g starts Nov and ends Feb) – I think sometimes they offer it again as well but last two years it has been an offer late in the year that carries through to the next year – I guess technically it’s just one promo period though.
