Our Verdict
Don’t think anybody was targeted for both offers unfortunately. I expect eBay to go hard with the deals as Q2 is coming to a close and they need to pad their numbers as always. If you have any questions about eBay/Paypal I’d recommend reading this post.
I must be invisible to ebay never get these promo’s,I called ebay customer service,and they checked my profile,and they said I had checked all the right receive email promo’s,but they couldn’t help me because their promotional division was separate from customer service.So anyone willing to share their codes
