Had the 12,000 points for 5 nights offer. Used points for my stay, and received the bonus the day following check out! Love it
I received emails for both offers, but upon clicking the link the site said I was ineligible for both...

I got this offer. Already had 9 nights booked so going to have to mattress run that last 1 night I need at a 5-8k Hyatt place somewhere. Still come our way ahead!
Does this include award?
Yes any nights in a hotel just don’t book via 3rd party sites.
Yes. Terms state: "Eligible Night" is defined as any night where a member is paying an Eligible Rate or redeems a free night award.
I'm confused about this terminology though. Does "a free night award" only cover specific awards, like with the WOH card or brand explorer, etc.? Or does it also cover nights paid for with points?

Does it have to be actual hotel nights stayed or do they count every $5k spend on Hyatt card as 2 nights?

Actual stay including free night redemptions. I doubt that card spend counts.
Disappointing to see Hyatt go to the Targeted promo path as Marriott
for real wtf. I know for sure I won't get this (or they'd be insane if they did target me) since I already have 7 nights booked in this time frame :(
I agree. I'm a Globalist and have gotten no offer. Not a good way to treat the people who are giving you their business.
