Made the account, did a direct deposit, still haven’t been able to get it all out of this account, due to the daily withdrawal limits. Also have not been able to get into account all day today. Always seems to be something wrong with the website and app
Are you trying to ACH push out of Netspend or something? Why would you have withdrawal limits?
Sorry wrong thread
Yeah, this bank/card is sketchy as can be. I only transferred in $10 until they would tell me it was a verified account (cause they said I had to fund it before it would be verified). Didn’t want to do a DD until then. Now reading all the comments… I’m out. Went to transfer my $10 out and close, and it said I could only transfer $8.05 today. When I tried to transfer that amount it said there was a $10.00 transfer limit. So it would let me move any. Linked Sofi and pulled it out. Once it is back in Sofi I’m closing it. Good luck to y’all that continue.
Did a direct deposit before I saw all these comments. No problems so far but I decided to just pull the plug and pull the balance to SoFi. Not worth the hassle or potential issues. Good Luck
Wow so far not a single data point of a bonus being paid. Except for one suspicious person saying they received the $40 bonus same day as their DD. What a creepy company. There’s even a part in the T&C that says if you close your account with under $100. They will just call it a few and keep your money. Never seen that before… Make sure you pull out all funds before closing.
I think we are all going to have to fight for this one through CFPB *sigh*
Who do we have to file a complaint through if it’s credit union?
Pathward is not a credit union. It is FDIC insured. I’m pretty sure that means it’s a for profit bank.
Last night site was down and this morning. Now I can get to the site but now when trying to login, me or P2, it says “Something went wrong. We were unable to load this page at this time.” Does this mean I’m locked out or is their site just still being stupid?
Wise landed today. Will update when/if bonus posts.
They immediately closed my account due to “suspicious activity” and wouldn’t tell me anything other than that. This was right after I made the $400 deposit so I think they were trying to get out of paying the bonus. When I called them the rep was rude and hung up on me, and said they would mail a check with the money. Filed a complaint with CFPB and I got a response saying they actually reversed the deposit instead. Seems like a scam company that still doesn’t have its act together despite getting hit with a class action lawsuit earlier.
Did you immediately try to push $400 over right after opening the account?
And what type of deposit did you try to send?
We need the data points

This still seems to work $100.
