Be careful stacking offers using portals. I've had them deny me the bonus points on the useless Motley Fool subscription bonus offer because I used an Amex offer also. I escalated it twice - and got told to take a hike. They refused to budge so I paid $80 for zero points.
I've done it a lot of times without any issues so far, but good to know. That Motley Fool site/offer looks dodgy so I've stayed away from that one.
Had the amex offer but keep getting "No delivery dates for the selected zip code" for Nevada. Great deal if it had worked.

Alaska allows you to connect a cc and when you shop at select stores you get the bonus. Kinda like dining programs.
