Columbus, Ohio-based card services company Alliance Data recently announced that they had signed an agreement to purchase the existing The Children’s Place credit card portfolio. The deal is expected to close in Q4 of 2016. Details of the new card are currently unavailable, but Alliance Data states that they will deliver a tailored credit card program.
