Our Verdict
I couldn’t get it for a bunch of days, but finally got it on two Amazon accounts today. I’m unsure if I’ll be able to claim another $5 tomorrow or on a future drop.
When you go to rent or buy a movie, you should see the $5 discount (plus any no-rush credits) reflect in the price. For example, I have a $5 credit + $3.50 in no-rush credits; when I look at a movie that costs $9.99 it’s crossed out and shows a cost of $1.49. You’ll also get an instant email confirmation on each account.

Just got my $5 prime video credit at 8:25AM CST, Dec 26, 2023. Haven't tried it yet, but it confirms I got it with an email confirmation as well.
I got the $5 credit. Do I have to pick my movie before 12/31 or can I pick it after 12/31?

I see that it's from coca cola. Recently I was watching a freevee movie and there was a coca cola commercial where if you scan a qr code you can send a $5 Amazon video credit to someone and you can receive a $5 Amazon video credit.
So this is just a video credit and not a merchandise credit?
