The Instacart code did not work for me.
Is Apple eGift promo still on? I get a message that promo code is not valid.

Instacart baby again! I wish we can use the promo for more than 1 Instacart gift card
I can confirm that the p-gc and e-gc deals can each be done separately. I got the $15 credit for ordering a p-gc a few days ago, and now I ordered the e-gc and got another $15 credit. (I even used up the first $15 credit on the order of the second one bringing down my total to $85, and it worked fine.)
Yes, this works. Would recommend doing the e-gc first, wait a few minutes for delivery, then the $15 credit appears, which can be used for the p-gc. After the p-gc is delivered, you will get another $15 credit for future purchase.
