Our Verdict
If you don’t have an Amazon Alexa device you can just use the Alexa app and order that way. I assume these are early Black Friday deals and you might be able to order them without Alexa in the future but if you’re interested in these deals I’d recommend doing them now.

was able to order the smart plug yesterday and the sengled bulb just now. The kasa smart bulb is not available anymore
