Power and the Power spin-offs with "Ghost" is probably worth .99 entry fee. But not a ton of great content otherwise on Starz.

I did the last promo. They only have a handful of decent movies that other services don't already have, but I personally wasn't a fan of any shows. Worth $.99 to change up the movie selection in my opinion, but definitely not worth renewing.

Starz.com also has a $5/month for 6 months offer for new app subscribers. With so little new content, I pass.
