It seems like all channel add-ons are available for this deal which is nice since they typically offer this deal only on select channels. Just be sure to cancel channels you don’t want after the second monthly fee posts, if you don’t want to get charged the full fee for the third month.

For those with a student Amazon prime account I see Showtime + others (Epix etc), for 0.99/month for a year. Plus the offer on this post.
