Does anyone know if the promotional credit is 1 per promo code? Can I purchase 2 or 3 different kinds and still get $7.50 x3, or would it be only one promo credit of $7.50? Thank you!

Yes this seems to be the case probably because it's a credit not a discount.
how can you stack it? If you need to buy it via Amazon? Which Amex offer are you referring to?
I prefer the ones bought from giftcards.kroger.com where I either the get the bonus or the straight discount.
