for domestic flights only...
So my home airport shows up for one month, April. Does that mean only the return trip will be discounted? Do I need to find a destination also on the list to get a discount on the whole round trip?
If you are flying to/from an airport listed you are eligible
Anyone know if these stack with off peak award pricing? That could make these a really excellent deal.
I've always been confused about this, which discount code do you use? It looks like they list 2 under main cabin 7500 mile discount. I have the Aviator Red.
The CSR indicated that it was the 5 digit code starting with A. Also, like Tammy said above, the CSR told me there was a $30 booking fee for doing it over the phone. I told her that there shouldn’t be a fee for the reduced mileage award and she apologized saying she rarely handles these.
Is there any type of additional fee to book these via the phone call?
Thanks
No there isn't a fee to book via phone--because that's the only way to do it. If you get a rep that tries to charge you a fee, do NOT let them! I've booked reduced mileage awards probably 6 times and it seems like 50% of the reps don't understand how to do them.
Thank you
Always a great deal for Western US ski destinations, which tend to be overpriced for cash fares, but a great deal on reduced mileage awards. I grabbed one of the Vail flights a while back, even better if stacked with the 10% rebate some cards get.
