American Express will be offering benefits to cardholders attending the Coachella Music & Arts Festival for the fourth year. Cardholders will be eligible for the following benefits:
- Spend $10, get $10 back for eligible festival merchants (looks like this can be done per enrolled card? Confirmed as working last year)
- Access to American Express Card Member Club
- Complimentary ferriss wheel ride for card member + guest
- One time complimentary monogram embroidery on any item
- Access to Priority Uber Exit line for card members + up to 5 guests
To be eligible for these benefits you need to download the Coachella app and then log into americanexpress.com in the app using your login details.

Platinum House
American Express Platinum cardholders also get access to the American Express Platinum house during weekend 1 of the festival (Saturday April 14th – Sunday April 15th 11am – 5pm PST). It’s located at the Parker Palm Springs (4200 East Palm Canyon Drive, Palm Springs CA 9264). You’re also allowed to bring up to 3 guests. Platinum house includes complimentary food and drink, festival fashion actives & more. A coachella ticket is not required to visit Platinum house.
Our Verdict
I suspect any readers attending will at least be able to take advantage of the spend $10, get $10 back promotion at the very least so worth posting if only for that.

hmm, not sure if I want to lug all 7 of my amex cards to coachella. Although, that is basically $70 in food...
I loaded all of my cards onto Apple Pay last year and deleted them as I used the offer.
