Our Verdict

Works out to be a 24% annualized return if you keep the funds in there for 90 days. I’d recommend reading this article on whether these fintechs are FDIC insured. I suspect most readers won’t be eligible due to the business structure required but if you are and are OK with the risks involved this is worth doing.

  • Is anyone else having an impossible time logging into their account? It's making me super nervous. I have tried from many different devices and it just goes in circles. I can't find a customer service email address or phone number anywhere.

  • DP

1/27 - account opened, LLC S-Corp. Tried opening in December but had issues verifying work email, then an Arc rep reached out in mid January to say offer was extended.
    1/29 - $10K deposited
5/5 - $600 bonus posted, six days after meeting req’s

  • Anyone received the bonus yet? My account was approved after the promo deadline and was told I got a grace period to fund. I forgot to ask how the maintenance period is affected. From the original term:

     (1) Your end-of-day balance in your Arc Business account must be $10,000 on or before 12/31/24 (the first such date, your “Promo Funding Date”); (2) The average daily balance of your Arc Business account during the 90 days following your Promo Funding Date (the “Promo period”) must be at least $10,000; and (3) your Arc Business account balance on last day of the Promo Period must be at least $10,000.

Now I kept the fund in the account for 90 days from the funding date, am I safe to move the fund out?

    • In the same boat. Opened 1/27, $10K deposited 1/29. I just messaged support and they said, "Our finance team will process the promotional bonus during the first 10 business days of May."

You should be good to move the funds.

    • Based on the language you posted, yes, you should be safe to move it out. Did you do sole proprietorship?

  • I was able to open an account and fund it. It is real for-profit corporation with revenue.
