AT&T Access More is Back Up for Applications

The AT&T Access More credit card from Citi is back up for applications. It’s still not showing on Citi’s homepage, but it’s showing on AT&T’s homepage, in the bottom-right corner. It’s not possible to apply for this card over the phone.

We reported earlier today that the application link was erroring out, but now it’s back on as before. Some people are still having trouble getting the application to load – apparently it’s glitchy. Reader Ad was able to apply and get approved for the card today.

Applied for my wife and got instant approval. They also gave card number and other information to make purchases up to 1000 dollars till we get permanent card in the mail. Thanks doc for letting me know as I missed applying for it earlier.

I need to figure out how to get my friend who is on ATT to order additional line for me.

I got an error after submitting my application – but I called recon, and they received the app just fine and I was approved over the phone for it.

Chuck,

Citi mostly pulls Experian, and so does Chase, Bank of America, Wells Fargo and many other major credit card issuers. This is creating a lot of inquiries for us on our Experian report.

Only discover & barclays pull TU. Most people only have one or two Discover or Barclay cards.

Similarly, only a few banks pull EQ.

Do you have any suggestions on how to takcle this Experian issue? I have one inquiry on TU & EQ, but 14 on Experian. If one freezes their experian, do the banks pull the other report or they would decline? Any other thoughts? Thanks

It’s based upon location. Since I live in the Midwest, for example, most of my inquiries will be on TU.
