Our Verdict

The bonus on this card was always 40k, then they released a 50k offer in April, and now they’ve bumped it up to 60k. We’ve seen recent data points of Barclays matching a bonus if you applied within 30 days, so it’s definitely worth an ask. Hopefully SM will work, else you can try the phone.

Terrific bonus with no spend requirement, and it’s recently become clearer that Barclays business cards do not report to the personal credit bureaus which helps avoid any 5/24 issues from getting this card.

We’ll add this to the best credit card bonuses. As always if you have questions about Barclays credit cards, I’d recommend reading this post first.

Just signed up for this card. Was successful for both my wife and I (same household address). Used the offer from a recent airline trip. Shows as a hard credit inquiry on my credit report.

The upgraded offer appears to be expired now. Link now shows 50k.

I applied today and noticed the deadline to get the 60,000 miles is tomorrow. Or, perhaps the deadline is only for applying under those terms. I hope I get my 60,000 miles.

I applied for the personal Aviator yesterday (10/27), any chance in getting approved for this today? Any general rules on waiting x days between personal and business apps? I’m at 2/24 with the personal aviator app yesterday.
EDIT: Also, should P2 apply for the biz for personal first? Wife is at 2/24 now as well.

called reconsideration dept. after a denial, was told the reason is 8/24 within 24 mos even though only 1 card was opened for 2018 & a current credit score of 810

wonder if it could be reviewed & approved if calling immediately after the appl indicated pending after applying?

Just applied and instantly approved. By the way, the home page says this offer ends 10/31…

Just a quick Q. My understanding is that I should still be eligible for 60K miles offer even if I have a personal Aviator card. Is that right? Also, can anyone comment whether the card is sent to the personal address or business address if they are different? Have a rental business but definitely don’t want them to send the card to my rental. Thanks

business address does not have to be your rental’s address.
