Is there any reason to keep this card if already holding the BofA AS card? I can't think of any.
If you're using it for everyday spend to get HA/AS miles, the bonus categories are different.
If you aren't churning and hit spend, you could have multiple companion passes if it keeps the trajectory of offering the same things as the AS card.
I've gotten some intriguing targeted spend offers lately on the Barclays HA card, but, no, not really. I'll be canceling it when the annual fee comes up.
