This deal won’t stack with the current Amex Offer at Best Buy since it’s processed by Cashstar. Make sure you have plans to use up the promo credit in the designated timeframe before doing this deal.

Anyone try an Amex card linked to sync offer on this one? Just double checking...
Last time they had this deal when the max was 5, I used the promo codes for a $75 best buy gc. Just had the cashier scan the bar code from my phone.
Bottom line Best Buy p.o.s will allow the promo code for gift card , but as always the real challege is finding an employee that will try it.

I got $5 coupon in Thanks Givings (many people got either 5 or 10 dollar in mail) and asked blue shirt about if it can be used for GC. The answer is for 3rd part GC, yes, because the $5 is a gift certificate, not GC. However, for BB GC, no.

I've had Best Buy promotional credit before. Those could be used to buy third party gift cards without a hitch. Haven't tried on Best Buy's own gift cards. Hope that helps.
