Just an FYI I was able to do two more disney this morning, with the same Chase card that had the extra 10% off at bestbuy.com.
Tried to hit this hard yesterday for Disney cards, mixed results. As mentioned, hard limit of 2 per CC#. Had some orders cancelled from same IP, using different accounts and CC#s. Ultimately 4 went through, 2 still processing since last night(seems like they will be cancelled eventually as the ones that went through got the eGift card sent a few minutes after).
After a cool-down will go at it again today since the sale seems to still be on.
Finished the job and loaded up! 3 pending orders did go through after 12 hours and I had better success spacing out orders, from work and home. I got a couple orders to go through with Paypal too which let me link in a Visa GC after verifying it with a test charge(similar to trial bank ACH deposits).
Was able to snag 9 cards total. This week I got a Rite-Aid offer for 10% on my Freedom Flex(plus 3% at drugstores) so I’ll check and see if they have Disney cards, that would be 13% off which is almost as good. If not that’s a good deal to stock up on restaurant cards.

Good stack this week with $200 Visa GC being fee-free at Staples this week. 5% on my Chase Ink and 10% off Disney. No Chase offers on any of my cards sadly.
Saw Disney is one per order, hoping to put in more orders later today once I get some more Visa GCs(will resort to multiple accounts if needed). Fam is going to Disney next month so this is perfectly timed. Best play seems to be transfer multiple digital gift cards to one physical card to hand to cast members like at restaurants.
It only allowed me to do two orders of one card each for the disney. Good call on combining gift cards, when I did it a couple of years back it allowed me to combine up to $1000 in gift cards. It also allowed me to add the barcode to my google pay so I could pay with my phone. Have a great vacation!
I do miss when you could combine then in their Vacation Account and you got another $20 for each $1,000 you combined. :'(
Hey does anyone know if the Disney gift card can be used for Disney plus?
I tried this last year by calling and asking and they said no. Not sure if that has changed.
I have Disney+ 20% off on several Chase Cards. That would be a better deal if you have it
Their FAQ states you cannot “at this time”. Language seems to indicate you might be able to in the future.
Limit 3 per variety. Wonder if 2 separate orders for pickup at 2 different stores would work. Will be the DP but going to wait a few hours in between orders.
I did 2 separate transactions for the Disney card and it worked (same credit card). Tried again on a different account but same credit card and it did not work.
I just placed three separate orders for pickup and all three (appear) to have gone through. I’m burning up some Visa GCs from an earlier deal. If this works, I’ll probably do a second round later today.
Just confirming the success of my 3 orders x 3 Shell cards, picked up all at once in a single curbside trip. The guy did ask for a photo ID instead of just the order pickup number, but since there 3 orders it would’ve been 3 numbers and I’m guessing ID was just easier – or maybe store policy for gift card pickups?
And… I appear to have hit the wall. Went back this evening to place another round of orders and got the following message:
“This item has a quantity limit that you reached with previous orders. If you have other items you’d like to buy, you’ll need to remove this item to continue.”
So it worked for 3 orders of 3 cards, placed back-to-back this morning. But it no longer works for. Fwiw, the cards are now available for shipping to my location, but I can’t order them.
Can you pay with a gift card?
No. That option known yo have died long back. Online it may allow but usually leads to cancellation.
I did it with Visa GCs (three separate orders) and have received confirmation for all three and a ready for pickup message for the first one (so far). This was for Shell cards if that matters.
I meant BB GC which is what I thought the question was for.
Yeah, I figured, just weighing in on the other type of gift card. I’ve been looking for an easy way to liquidate some prepaid cards. Just wish Best Buy allowed you to pay online with more than one source so I could zero them out completely.
