The Fine Print
- Best Western Rewards members* (“Member(s)”) who: (a) register for the Promotion (either on Bestwestern.Com/Fall or as otherwise permitted (e.g., at the front desk of any Best Western® branded hotel in the United States, Canada, or the Caribbean Islands)); (b) complete one (1) eligible stay** between September 18, 2017 and November 30, 2017 (“Promotion Period”) at a Best Western branded hotel will earn double Best Western Rewards (“BWR®”) points for completion of the eligible stay.
Our Verdict
Normally the most expensive Best Western hotel will cost you 36,000 points, so this is a significant savings. You can get 80,000 points from their business card from FNBO & 50,000 points from the personal card. Don’t think signing up for either makes much sense unless you have a specific redemption in mind. Think this is a great offer if you have a spare 10,000 points and can take advantage of it though. Don’t forget to status match to Best Western as well, that might be able to get you another 10% rebate on the points making this effectively 9,000 anywhere.

I just booked two rooms at three different hotels for my employees this week. 10k points per room for all of them. Haven’t decided if I’m going to burn the rest of them on this promo, or hold some in reserve.
I just came back from 2 different BW stays over Thanksgiving holiday
First one used 20,000 points for 2 consecutive nights. 2nd hotel 1 night used 10,000 points. So for 30,000 points = 3 night stay
Also, the first hotel double charged my points, leaving me not enough points for the 3rd night. Hotels did not take points until check in.
Customer Service provided 4000 points so the 2nd hotel could add those to my 6000 remaining points in my account, which covered me for that night.
1st hotel gave me back full 20,000 points they overcharged me.
So 2 more nights available if I use by Jan 31, 2018. Wasnt planning on traveling by then but may have to just bcuz 🙂
I just did a dummy booking for a hotel that normally costs 20,000 points/night. Booked 3 nights and it’s coming up at 10k points/night.
Maybe the promo is usable only once, but the number of nights isn’t limited?
I have a bunch of BW points so this is a great redemption for me.

After a couple of road trips and five weeks out west the last couple of years I have to say I think the BW program is pretty underrated. Even with no CC signup I had enough points for a stay after like eight nights. Hilton Gold got me a status match to Diamond (which I still have a couple of years later) and they allow government rate bookings for personal stays, which is awesome if you qualify.
I don’t think it’s limited to just one night — I already booked a 2 night stay

My original confirmation shows 2 nights at 10,000 points each. I tried to book a 2nd separate reservation today and I kept getting an error. I don’t know if that’s because I already used the promo or if it was just a temporary website issue.
