- Capital One & Uber Freight have announced a new partnership. As part of this Capital One Spark business cardholders can receive $500 off their first shipment using the Uber Freight shipper platform.
The Fine Print
- By participating in the program described here, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set forth below. This Uber Freight Shipper Platform Introductory Offer Program begins at 12:01am PT on August 5, 2020, and ends at 11:59pm PT on December 31, 2020 (“Eligibility Period”).
- A Qualified Referral will receive $500 off a load tendered on the Uber Freight shipper platform and delivered during the Eligibility Period (“Introductory Discount”). The Introductory Discount will be applied on the invoice.
- A “Qualified Referral” is one that (i) is an existing user of the Uber Freight shipper platform or signs up for the Uber Freight shipper platform following submission of the form on this page, and (ii) successfully tenders at least one (1) load on the Uber Freight shipper platform and delivers it during the Eligibility Period.
- A Qualified Referral will not be eligible for the Introductory Discount if, as determined by Uber Freight, (i) it did not complete all the actions required to earn the Introductory Discount; (ii) it is reasonably suspected by Uber Freight that it committed fraud or otherwise acted in a non−bona fide manner in connection with its participation in the Uber Freight Shipper Platform Introductory Offer Program; (iii) it violated applicable law or any other agreements with Uber Freight.
Our Verdict
Never heard of Uber Freight before so no idea how useful this promotion is. Hopefully it helps somebody.

That is standard industry parlance for a freight shipment.
Could we ship ourselves for a cheap cruise? Haha
Best I can tell they just do trailer loads. If they did car hauling that would be useful.
