- Annual fee of $89 waived first year
- Card earns at the following rates:

Our Verdict
This deal previously launched with no $50 statement credit. At the time I said to wait for this extra offer as normally IHG offers an extra $50 statement when doing a dummy booking and that’s exactly what happened. Although it took a lot longer to appear than I thought it would. This will be added to the best credit card bonuses as this is the highest offer we’ve seen on this card. That being said I’d only apply if you have a short/medium term use for IHG points as they will definitely be devalued over time and we will see bigger bonuses in the future as a result of that.
Current offers are 140K points after $3000 spend in 3 months on the Premier card ($99 fee) or 120K points after $2000 spend in 3 months on Traveler card (no annual fee).
So on December 14th I submitted an application for my husband and did not get instant approval , he had to submit income records and we waited till Jan 3rd to be approved with a 14k CL. He has been a 15 year customer of Chase and was well within the 5/24 rule. It was unusual that he didn’t get an instant approval as his overall CL on his 4 other cards are low. So now that his card is showing on his account, we wait 7-10 days for the card.
So my question is , how do I check to see if he was approved for that specific application that is now expired? other than calling and asking?
I already checked terms and conditions and nothing is showing indicating the annual fee waived , just shows all the benefits of the card.

Had husband apply he’s at 2/24 and 840 credit , has 4 Chase cards only 30k CL total, never had to wait for a review , always has had instant approval. Now I am worried that they will reject the offer and give the lower 125k offer. Message is a few days for review , not to resubmit.
I’d call and see if you can move credit. I’ve had to do that with other chase cards.
