[Finally Happening?] Chase To Switch Business Accounts To New Interface – Should Allow For ‘Selected For You’ Offers To Show Bypassing 5/24

Update 02/19/18: It looks like Chase might be finally switching everybody over to the new business interface. You should have received an e-mail with a teaser of the new interface (link here). Given the original announcement was made in July of 2017, I’ll believe it once I see all business customers have been switched over to the new design. Hat tip to reader Mark C.

Update: According to comments some readers with business accounts have already been switched over to the new design.

Rapid Travel Chai reports that he received an e-mail stating that business accounts would be moved over to the new Chase website design soon. Stefan is not a fan of the new design at all (I don’t think it’s as bad as the American Express once). What people should really care about though is that the new website design lets you view ‘Selected For You’ offers, previously if you held a business card in the same login you saw the old design and weren’t able to view these offers.

This is significant because if you have the green check mark next to these offers then they work to bypass the Chase 5/24 rule. Personally I’ll take a crappy website design if it means I’m able to skirt around those rules. Unfortunately Chase has not given a new date for the switch and it’s possible they will slowly rolling business accounts over, but we will be sure to repost when the switch does start so business account holders can start looking for selected for you offers.

I hate it. What was once almost a full page of transactions has now been shrunk to about 2″ the rest of the page is garbage, account lists and advertising for the bank. A drop down list for multiple accounts should be where the list of accounts is located, and the rest of the page should be filled with transactions. This was a change for the worse.

I thought we were told that chase green “for you” offers did NOT bypass the 5/24 rule any longer? I seem to recall reading a post on here roughly two weeks ago about that. Unless I am mistaken?

I have the new design, and have offers for both the INK Cash and INK Preferred. Instead of saying “Offers Selected For You” it says “Offers Selected for Business Owners” leading me to believe these are just generic offers and don’t bypass 5/24.

Is the new design the same (but separate with a different log in) from the personal? Or can they be combined (say added to the personal checking when updating?) I currently have a separate for personal and business though same exact offers show in each log in or account design.

Had Freedom and Freedom Unlimited ‘Selected for You’ offers. Instantly denied on Freedom. About 10/24. Currently have one Chase card (8 years) and CS ~ 815. Wish I hadn’t wasted a hp on this now. Didn’t bypass 5/24 for me.

so, if you have the login where you biz and personal accounts are all together how does this work?

Same question for me. I have 2 different log in’s for personal and business. Are you saying – you can “combine” personal and business into one log in?

Just called – here are the FAQ’s
1. The accounts are combined under the “business” log in.
2. You do not need to have been moved to the new business interface.
3. I did it and the Bill Pay payees did not transfer over. Might be because I am still on the “old” business interface.

please stop giving people the wrong idea about the new interface would enhance the chance to see pre-approved offers – the few DPs cited were long long time ago. As many have pointed out, the only offer(s) seen is the credit card terminal, and a business loan, in our experiences.
I am with Stefan of Rapid Travel Chai, the old interface is much more functional much easier to navigate and all vital info is on the first screen in an “at a glance” type of display.
The new interface makes you navigate multiple screens to get to the info you need and you totally lose the function of having all your cards listed on a neat, clean screen once you log in.
I would much prefer to stay with the old face for as long as possible.

I have seven Chase cards and it is impossible to tell which is which on the home page of the old interface. It separates the accounts by businesses and personal, but other than that there is no distinguishing information whatsoever. No last four digits…account nicknames…nothing. This is sad and pathetic for 2018 that I can’t even tell which account has what balance on the home page of the old interface. It’s like the interweb circa 1996.

Does everyone have two profile information under the “Customer Center” tab? I see both my business and personal information under one login, but there seems to be two profiles existing, it’s just that I can see them both on the same login.

Is there a way to have everything under the same profile info, name, add, phone# etc.?

Another big plus of a new design – it allows you to give your cards nicknames… when you have a few it is way more convenient than trying to recall last 4.

I am unable to set nicknames for Business cards. Only in my personal login. I’ve had the “new interface” business login for like 12 months…

The business cards dont seem to have the ability to nickname accounts.
The personal cards always have the ability to nickname accounts even when it is under the business log in on the old interface.
The business cards are under one profile and the personal cards are under another profile, despite both have the same owner’s name, telephone number, and address.
I have one more profile for the Ink Cash most likely because that card does not have my middle name when it was opened 5 years ago.
At the peak I once had 8 Chase cards but they were all recognizable under the combined log in with the old interface due to the personal cards all can be nicknamed, and they have the cobranded logos.
Only the business cards cannot be nicknamed but there are only 3 or 4 Chase own brands, namely CIP, Ink Plus, Ink Bold and Ink Cash. NOT that hard to remember even if you have all 4. Most people probably only have 2 to 3 as Ink Bold is not available to apply for almost 3 years now. Ink Plus is closed for application for about a year now? also is not available for downgrade.
Cobrand biz cards have logos.
I dont see how people have difficulties to see which card is which, especially if cards have different credit limit.
