Update 12/3/23: Swagbucks is up to 25,000 ($250) now
Update 10/17/23: Swagbucks is up to $245 now, and similar on MyPoints. (Referral is down to $100. Some people were trying to stack the Swagbucks + referral, I’m not sure if that’s working.)
Update 9/7/23: Referral bonus is now up to $200 for the new member (and the referrer gets $100). (FM reports you might have to try the referral link in a few browsers to find the $200 offer.) NO REQUESTS OR OFFERS FOR REFERRALS IN THE COMMENTS. It might be possible to stack a referral bonus together with the Swagbucks $155/MP $182 bonus – details here. That would make it possible for the new member to earn currently $355-$378 altogether, aside from the $100 the referrer will earn. (ht Matt F and uscreditcardstrategy)

PFS emailed me to offer $145 if I opened a Chime account and do 2x $200 DDs.
(I don’t do Swagbucks and the like.)
What is PFS?
PFS buyer club – they have done US Mint deals on DoC in the past, but then took a beating on concert tickets, IIRC. Now they are peddling banks, but worse deals than SB/MP. 007 They sent me one for Axos as well as Chime.
Got it, thanks!
Oh yeah. They wanted me to get involved in signing up for Taylor Swift tix. Just signing up, not necessarily buying.
I got that too and thought it was strange coming from them. I tried a few of their coin buy deals but my browser would freeze up so no more.
Referral bonus increased to $125 for referrer (still $100 for referree) for one day.
I sent money to Chime yesterday from my Orion account and received the below email this morning. This makes no sense as I have sent money (albeit a much smaller amount) from Orion to Chime before. Has this happened to any of you before?
Hi [my name],
A deposit of $25.00 from [my name] was returned to the depositor.
We are only able to accept direct deposits where the receiver’s name on the deposit matches the name of the Chime account holder.
To correct this deposit, please contact the depositor who initiated this transaction.
Sincerely,
The Chime Team
National Tipping Day is coming up so we’re celebrating this week with #ChimeTippingWeek. And don’t worry—we’ve got you. Pay Anyone $10+ and we’ll reimburse you the first $10.

YAY FREE MONEY!
ieatdogfood Let me know if you need a friend, or a $10 bill. I have to pay you for all those nice things you say about me. 🕵️♂️
Anyone able to stack swagbucks + referral recently? Or did not work? Please let me/us know if it worked or not. Thanks!
Curious if there is a ref link thread? I see the $175 bonus in the App aswell
I am using Wise to get the Chine bonus. Wise sent me an email asking the reason I am using the Wise account, the reason for my payments, and connection to the people I am sending money to. The reason Wise is asking is purportedly to keep everyone safe. Do I just offer a straightforward answer that I am using the Wise account to earn sign up bonuses with bank accounts?
I explained what I am doing and Wise resumed my money transfers.
I would have said sending money to one of my other bank accounts (not specifically for bonuses).
Thanks. I am not sure if it was the best response or not, but it was honest and they replied by removing the hold. Wise questioned both myself and my spouse at the same time as we were both transferring money to Chime at the same time.
My wife explained that she uses Wise to transfer money and that “banks offer bonuses when you deposit money and keep it there for a period of time” and therefore she was transferring her wages from one of her accounts to another one of her accounts. She also mentioned she was grateful she could use Wise for that purpose.
What’s interesting is that after receiving my wife’s response, (I had not replied because I wanted her response to be addressed first as she had less to lose), they immediately also removed the hold on my account. I just did another transfer with Wise later today and it went through quickly, without the review checks that they have been doing.
Perhaps it would have been a little safer not to mention the bank bonus, but glad it’s behind me as I plan on using Wise for several upcoming bonuses.
It’s nice to know that sometimes being honest pays off.
Yeah, I just wouldn’t have mentioned bonuses. It’s not being dishonest… just none of their business. That’s great you got it corrected though. cm
Confirming that you used Wise to make the deposit for using the SWAGBUCKS offer. I am reading the fine print of SB ToS and they are explicitly stating “Bank ACH transfers, Pay Friends transfers, verification or trial deposits from financial institutions, peer-to-peer transfers from services such as PayPal, Cash App, or Venmo, mobile check deposits, wire transfers, and cash loads or deposits are NOT qualifying payroll direct deposits.”
It seems to me that the referral/sign up bonus allows regular direct deposits while SB is requiring payroll direct deposit.
I’m not sure why this isn’t being posted about, or where to post this, but Chime has a $175 referral bonus going on thru March 7. I don’t have many friends but you can get up to $1,000 if people use your referral link [removed]
Where do you see the $175 referral bonus offer?
In my app. The referral is normally 100, but until March 7, it’s 175 for the referrer and 100 for the new account opener
Thanks, that’s a nice bonus. My app unchanged at $100.
I see $175 as well, but it’s pretty hard to find someone who hasn’t had Chime at this point. They have changed bonus amounts around quite a bit in the past. Bea
I posted on Facebook but no one took the bait. People don’t care about free money 🙁
They don’t offer this to everyone at the same time. My account had the $175 referral bonus offer through Feb. 28.
Bea
I see the 175 aswell, I wonder if they will ever bump it back to 200
Another success for Chime Swagbucks 24,000 SB ($240) Link, which has increased to 24,500 as of 2/5/24 and ends 2/29/24.
1/29/24: Clicked Link for Swagbucks 24,000 SB. Highly recommend you download the extension so you can confirm that it is tracking.
Opened and funded account with debit card.
2/2/24: Real Direct Deposit 201.00 received
2/5/24: See that under Swagbucks Pending Activity, it has been successfully tracked and has pending award date of 2/29/2024
Signed up 10/29, deposited 10/31 and 11/15. No bonus from chime, no bonus from SB. Contacted SB and provided everything they asked for and they said they couldn’t confirm on their side. Double checked my SB history and confirmed they at least logged me clicking the link to chime.
