I got special bonus on the last two cards I used this on. Don't want to go into details in case this site is read by Citi, but did anyone else also get it?
Citi still has the worst IT after all these years. Of all the similar programs (amex offer, chase offer and its copycats) among big players in this game Citi's system is the only one consistently loses track of offer and spending. I have some offers that won't credit after a month or two, some double crediting me. And the "redeemed" history page shows records that are completely wrong. The incompetence is...exactly what I'd expect of Citi.
How long does it take Citi Offers to credit?
1-2 weeks.
Didn't get the Exxon this time but got 5 off 30 via Sunoco.
Also have $5 off $25 Amex Offer for ExxonMobil.
That's only if you get premium gas.
I wonder if that will be enforced- how will AMEX know which kind of gas you bought? Something tells me it will credit even on regular gas.
It won't. Plenty of dp confirmed no credit on regular.

Citi ALWAYS blocks me using a credit card at a gas station.

nice. Something to keep in mind is that the app doesn't let you have more than 3 CCs at all times and won't let you add more 2 in a calendar month (or some other weird restriction like that, I can't remember), so be prepared to open multiple accounts if you want to use multiple cards. ALso, for me, citi would block the first transaction many times, so had to be ready to reply to citi with "yes, i made that transaction"

I’m not sure that the offer would track correctly with Apple Pay. I think a lot of these offers require you to pay “directly with the merchant.” Maybe someone else can confirm.
same here. Citi blocked multiple times.. and then app showed error. Never worked for me
I got a text from Citi asking if it was me, and I was able to get it approved after I said that it was. Citi rejected it the first time, but approved it after that.
