• I don't see any Walmart offer on my Citi credit card portal (looked under "Merchant Offers". It's a Costco-branded Visa--would their offers exclude Walmart since Walmart is a Costco competitor? And do I need to install a browser extension?

  • Most likely. Costco Citi interface is different from normal Citi interface

    • I have both custom cash and Citi costco. Costco card does not have merchant offers.

• I was targeted for the 10% cash back offer. The offer does say "online", but there may be a work around using the app. Happy Independence Day...Doc Family!!

  • I believe you can buy a Walmart physical gift card to max out the 10% offer. Then, once the card arrives, you can use it however you want.

• Anybody try this with physical gift cards? I know the terms say they're excluded but they get coded the same as everything else. E-gift cards are coded differently.

  • I have bought Walmart physical gift cards with Amex and Chase cards several times and they all triggered bonuses.

• I got 5% and 10% on two cards, but has this language,
  "e-wallets such as PayPal purchases and gift card purchases are excluded from this offer."
  So giftcards are excluded :(

• Is this good on in-store purchases? I don't know if "purchases on the Walmart Mobile App" imply only online orders are eligible?

  • It's possible if you pay via the app it'll work
