Some have the option to cashout Citi TYP at 1¢, if you’re going to do that and need Lowe’s gift cards then this is a great deal. If you transfer to travel partners you might get better value out of that.

I do not see this offer in the TYP portal. Only the regular redemption rate. Is there a landing page or offer details link available?

Where? It still shows 1:1 for me
I somehow have 1 TY account for my checking (with a 1:0.5 cashout ratio) and 1 TY account for my CCs (with 1:1 cashout ratio). Only the CC tied TY account shows the sale.
