  • There is a $400 annual fee which is waived for the first year.

Card Details

Our Verdict

When they first launched this, it came with a 100,000 point bonus. Last time we saw it was 50,000 points – so this is a mid range offer. This is still a great offer though, you basically get $700 towards travel, $250 in airline incidentals (per card, per calendar year) and lounge access. Kind of hard to beat that value. The main problem is applying and getting approved is difficult, CNB is a very selective bank and they are really after high value/net worth customers.

They also have a commercial (business card) offering 100,000 points if you want to kill two birds with one stone.

How long does it take for the bonus points to post? Met the spending requirement in first statement, but don’t see the bonus points one month later…

Hi everyone, any recent updates on 1099’s or (lackthereof) for the $250 travel credits (for both primary and authorized users)?

If I apply for the CITY NATIONAL GREEN CHECKING account online and have that set up, could I then apply for the crystal visa infinite credit card online? If I do not get a checking account, which branch and phone number did you guys call to get the credit card application? I am asking because there are no branches near me.

I’m going to be able to apply by 1st of October 2017, I see in various sites that the “50,000 points” bonus ends in September. Can you confirm if it’s going to be replaced by a different amount bonus or be at 0?

@bugle, my bonus points just came, about three weeks after the first statement closed and I paid the balance in full.

Met the bonus spend about a week or two ago, points have yet to show up in account. Called local banker today, they are saying that only 90 days after account open will they review and award bonus points. Anyone have any DP on receiving their bonus points?

Are the X3 points of travel and dining apply to international destination? Chase reserve dining and travels at any place internationally gives you X3. I know that CNB $250 credits apply to US airlines only, but wonder if X3 for dining and travel are US only or internationally as well?

I got this card on the last day. I am disappointed with the card cheap quality. I thought it would be a metal card because all similar cards are made of metal. I am also disappointed of the very simple website. It reminds me of windows 95…I can’t see the points per transaction (Chase shows the points for every transaction posted).
Lastly, does anyone know how to add authorized users online? How to request priority select card? Do I get total 3 cards including myself or total 2 cards? The description on priority select cards is ambiguous.

I had to give the AU information to my banker. They wanted Name, address, social, DOB, and a copy of their driver’s license. I tried to add my kids, 2 and 4, but that didn’t fly so I added my parents. FWIW, I’ve gotten the full travel reimbursement on my primary card and have received $100 on a secondary card so far through UA travel bank.

I too am disappointed in the website and having to go to three different websites for balance, points, and benefits. I could care less about the physical card, but it does look like a card from the 90’s.

Applied for this card in branch recently during 70,000 point signup bonus. They wanted income verification docs as well. After providing those approval was about 2-3 BD.
