My submission status was not accepted. but still got the card with 5$ MPC card !
Unrelated, but my 100$ visa card from amazon was cheap quality made on thick paper but this 5$ MPC card is traditional plastic :-)
Got my $5 physical MCGC today. It seems to have worked on T-mobile.
They just added sms verification so they can throttle you on your way to the limit of this and other rebates, many of which can be found on beermoney.pro. A few weeks ago I submitted a stack of receipts with no sms and got physical MCGC's totaling $24.
I received this comical response:
"We are sorry for the inconvenience. Based on the Terms and Conditions of this promotions, it states that you will get $5* back via rebate on the purchase of groceries** compliments of Natural Light, no beer purchase necessary. After further research of the receipt provided, there is no purchase of Natural Light product, therefore, your rebate will remain invalid."
Received the response "Unfortunately, we could not honor your request due to the following reason(s): Your rebate request did not pass our audit process. (E)"
Did not submit multiple rebates. Last submitted a rebate in February. Looks like I would have to call or chat to get it processed, which isn't worth my time
Read over this quoted part with a straight face: "[d]id not submit multiple rebates. Last submitted a rebate in February".
Years ago, the paper forms often showed up at supermarkets. Sometimes one would get up to $20 or more for buying meat, soda, ice etc. There were also wine tags that required no purchases and provided money off on in-store items.
The amount to claim the $5 rebate is at least upfront and better than the mystery box that gets dole out from the various class action lawsuits.
I submitted several, one for myself and others for friends and family. Today I received the "previously submitted" email, and a friend did as well.
I used different recent receipts and haven't submitted any beer rebates for a long time.
Update, after writing customer service, they "corrected" my submission and the rebate is pending.
rec'd it in the mail yesterday
Took about 90 seconds of my time to submit the receipt for rebate this evening. Form requests a phone number but I used a phony number and the given e-mail was just a promo spam gmail address I use. Obviously the physical address is real and 1 per household. No UPC code required.
So, I'm a bit confused. Do you JUST upload the receipt? The website seems to want pictures of UPCs as well? From the products? Or is just uploading the receipt working?
It says that a UPC is required only when there is a clickable link to add the UPC. In the case of this promotion, no UPC is needed.
