- Register by October 31, 2021 and receive complimentary trial Premier® Silver status for four months
- Keep your Premier Silver status by completing the following requirements\ Earning 750 Premier qualifying points (PQP) and 4 Premier qualifying flights (PQF); or Earning 1,000 Premier qualifying points (PQP) (must be done over at least two flights)
Our Verdict
Silver status isn’t the most exciting, but if you need status in the short term or will meet the challenge requirements might as well sign up if you’re in an eligible area.

Got upgraded every flight (20+) during covid until March this year as a Silver… miss travel restrictions already
Silver may not be the most exciting, but it’s sure nicer than nothing, even if only for access to the Premier Desk phone number, and substantial expanded award ticket choices if you don’t hold a United branded credit card.

Something odd going on here. My parents live together in a Denver suburb, and fly the same amount. Mom was targeted, Dad wasn’t. My sister and I live in Denver proper. Sister was eligible, but I wasn’t. Again, we all fly about the same amount. I know it’s a small sample size, but maybe marketing dept. only targeting women? Or maybe only 1 account per address? Any other data points people can share?

Since United is the only airline to require their employees to be vaccinated, they are the only airline my family and I will fly on.
That’s great if you’re flying on a domestic flight with no other passengers.

May be targeted, or maybe you must live in the city of Denver? My wife and I live in Boulder County but neither of us are eligible.
I am in a northern Denver suburb and it says I am not elgible.
I live in central Denver and both of our accounts weren’t eligible.
Eligible for me in the city of Denver. But I’m already silver so whatever.
