I was charged a $10 fee by BOA (CASH EQUIVALENT - TRANSACTION FEE) for buying a Babies r Us gift card. I have paid for it using BOA CC via Paypal to eBay.
I never heard of this before in my last two years of living in US where you will be charged a fee for buying a gift card.
I called BOA Customer Care and they say that i bought a Gift Card using my credit card and hence the $10 fee.
Please advise.

I guess the issue came back now. Be sure to leave bad feedback on eBay so that they'll fix the problem.

Has anyone experienced the following error. I am trying to use my ebay bucks, but I can't check out with paypal
"We are having a technical hiccup and PayPal isn't available right now. You can pay with a credit or debit card instead."
Yeah, just try again later. Ebay/Paypal is tough.

Any thoughts on ebay bucks promo? I know they used to typically not send them out on payout months but as recently as the last time around, they did in fact send out buck promos.
Do you think there is any chance they will send one out or not since we're already half way through the month and haven't had any.
Yeah, I'm assuming there won't be any, but you are correct that we did have one off-schedule in January so it's always possible.
