Our Verdict
They offered a similar deal earlier this year, that was also available at Red Robin, Uno’s and Friendly’s. Not sure if this is the case this time as well.

Went to Red Robin tonight, flipped through the Ziosk and didn't see anything about the deal, so I didn't chance it. Actually did OK, though. Had a 10% BankAmeriDeal and 5% on the Spent app, so on my ~$40 check I should end up with around $6 cashback.

Got an email for Chilis as well.
Can confirm went to Olive Garden for Lunch this past Tuesday and it pop'ed up as I was going to pay on the tablet. Used my Discover card with Samsung pay and only got charged $7.62, was going to be $13~.
I did this tonight at Chilis as well.
Can confirm, it has worked twice at Chilis this month using Samsung Pay. Adjusted amount never appears during the checkout process but the pending transaction on the Discover account is discounted correctly.
