DOSH Lowers Cashout Minimum To $15 From $25

DOSH has lowered the cashout minimum to $15, previously you needed at least $25 to be able to cash out. Always nice to see these minimums lowered.

    • I tried to cash in my $19 but apparently I have recent suspicious activity so I need to talk to customer service to review my account. I haven't used it since July, nice of them to not let me know until I tried to withdraw.

  • I deleted Dosh app long ago. Used a chase United Mc at kua aina in Hawaii on vacay cuz they don’t take Amex. Got a Dosh notification. I’m thinking wth?!? I had forgotten all about Dosh. Still tracking me. All the real cards I use have new numbers from being compromised. I only use that United card for airfares and car rental so it’s not susceptible to fraudsters like the others. I saw the lower cash out then. I was at $22! Prolly from precovid activity. Hell yeah.

  • I deleted the Dosh account few months ago since the deals has been so bad for over a year. lmao

once you add a card, Dosh starts block/delete deals for all the places you swipe the card for up to 1 year (my observation) in the past, so it's using your data against you

the way to play with Dosh is apply for a new card which would have no history, so Dosh can't use your data against you

  • The message in the app (in the Inbox) says "Limited Time Offer", "As a gift to your wallet amidst the holidays, we've reduced your withdrawal limit to $15." It kinda sounds like it'll go back up to $25 (maybe next month?).

  • The problem with Dosh is that, whenver Dosh sees that members are using certain store and certain payout for good earnings, Dosh will just kill it. So it does not, or can't compete.

It also has a lot of limits. Sometimes it can just blocks you. That makes the app less useful.

Anyhow I had a good run with Dosh in the early days. Not any longer.
